From the purchase to delivery, this group of ladies and gentlemen were informative, courteous, and patient. They waited on me while I walked back and forth between colors and models. The delivery was only 4 days after purchase! The delivery specialists helped me choose the best spot and made recommendations based on the space to give me the best experience. They walked me through a few pointers and told me everything I'd need to protect my safe in the area chosen. Additionally, they made sure I was aware of registering the safe and the warranty addition for the electronic lock.
